Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "You", or "Your") and okbeg (the "Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the okbeg online gaming platform, including all services, games, features, and content available at okbeg.cam (the "Website" or "Platform").

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account, deposit funds, or place bets on okbeg. This age restriction is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. okbeg reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. 2.2 Jurisdiction

2.3 Account Ownership

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account with okbeg. Opening multiple accounts, using false information, or registering under another person's identity is strictly prohibited. okbeg reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any bets, winnings, or bonuses associated with such accounts. Funds deposited into duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.4 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact information, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbeg account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify okbeg customer support immediately.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods

okbeg accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and over-the-counter (OTC) payment channels. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). okbeg does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on your okbeg account must match the name on the payment method used.

3.2 Deposit Finality

All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your okbeg wallet. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all deposit details before confirming the transaction. okbeg is not responsible for user error in deposit processing.

3.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

okbeg enforces minimum and maximum deposit limits depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed during the deposit process. okbeg reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

okbeg is committed to preventing money laundering and other illegal financial activities. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities in accordance with Philippine AML laws.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to meeting all wagering requirements and verification requirements. okbeg reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawals pending completion of identity verification (KYC) and compliance checks.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. GCash withdrawals typically process within 3–5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

okbeg enforces minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary depending on account status and verification level. VIP accounts may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

4.4 Verification Requirements

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Finality

All bets placed on okbeg are final and binding once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded after placement unless a clear technical error on the part of okbeg is identified and verified by our support team.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

okbeg reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or technical glitches.

5.3 Game Results

All game results displayed on the okbeg Platform are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, okbeg will conduct an internal review. The decision of okbeg following such review is final and binding. For live casino games, the dealer's physical card results or wheel outcomes take precedence over any on-screen graphics in the event of a discrepancy.

5.4 Betting Limits

okbeg enforces minimum and maximum bet limits on all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market. okbeg reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time.

5.5 Prohibited Activities

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

6.2 Bonus Abuse

okbeg reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering requirements, or any other activity deemed by okbeg to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to expiry dates. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the specified validity period will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or extended.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonuses

Bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements, may be withdrawn subject to the maximum withdrawal limits specified in the relevant promotion's terms. okbeg reserves the right to cap withdrawable winnings derived from bonus funds.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by okbeg

• Your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification
• You are under the age of 21
• You have opened more than one account

10.2 Closure by User

You may request the closure of your okbeg account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided all verification and wagering requirements have been satisfied.

10.3 Forfeiture of Funds

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, including fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or prohibited activity, okbeg reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless okbeg, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, your fraudulent or illegal activity, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okbeg Platform shall first be submitted to okbeg's internal dispute resolution process via our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines. For gaming-related disputes, the decision of okbeg following a full investigation shall be considered final unless a clear procedural or technical error is demonstrated.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and okbeg with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
